Mattias Höglund is stepping down as Managing Director (MD) of Pollex to focus on his role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of No Dig Alliance. Simultaneously, Tobias Wingqvist will assume the position of MD of Pollex – a change that ensures continuity, stability, and continued development within the company.
– This transition is a natural step in NDA’s ongoing growth journey, as we develop both the Group management and shared corporate functions. We are confident that this move strengthens both Pollex and NDA – to the benefit of our employees, customers, and shareholders, says Mattias.
He adds:
– Having served as MD of Pollex for many years, I am looking forward to dedicating my full attention to my role as COO of No Dig Alliance, taking on new challenges, and contributing to the Group’s ambitious growth plans.
Tobias Wingqvist is currently Deputy MD at Pollex and serves as Head of Business Area for Renewal. He is expected to assume the role of Managing Director in the coming month.
– Assuming the role of MD feels both exciting and inspiring. There will be no dramatic changes, but I will have the opportunity to focus more on strategic matters and long-term development, which I greatly look forward to. It will be a seamless and well-coordinated transition, says Tobias.
The changes within the Group are part of Ambienta’s four-year growth plan, targeting a three- to fourfold increase in revenue while establishing a presence beyond Scandinavia, with an emphasis on Northern Europe. To achieve these ambitious goals, the Group needs to both expand and strengthen its organization – and the MD transition is a key part of this strategy.
– The decision has been made in close consultation with the management teams at both Pollex and NDA – we are all aligned that this is the right path forward for the Group.
Mattias has been active in the No Dig industry for 17 years and possesses valuable insights and contacts across Scandinavia and Europe. He has also been instrumental in growing Pollex from 15 to 115 employees, experience that will be invaluable as No Dig Alliance supports companies within the Group in achieving organic growth.
– As the Group grows, it becomes increasingly important to foster cohesion among people and companies. This is something I am truly passionate about. In my full-time role as COO, I can contribute to promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing, enabling us to work smarter and develop together – rather than reinventing the wheel.
