Our new CFO

We are thrilled to introduce our new CFO, Don Ekendahl. Don’s core expertise lies in financial analysis, M&A and post merger integration.

Don’s professional background is rooted in the consulting world, spiced up with a few years from the industry. During his ten-year tenure at KPMG, he led financial due diligence projects. In recent years, he served as an Acting CFO at a high-growth group specializing in road maintenance. His most recent role was at Sandvik, where he worked as a Senior M&A Manager.

–      I look forward to joining a fast-paced and agile company in a growth phase, with numerous intriguing challenges. There is a clear vision and swift decision-making processes that have been established. I am impressed by what has already been achieved in a short time, but I recognize there is much more to accomplish. Now, I very much look forward to the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. I hope that my determination and problem-solving abilities, in addition to my technical skills, will prove valuable.

More than that, Don describes himself as an adrenaline junkie.

–      I thrive on substantial challenges that push me to the edge of discomfort, and when I successfully conquer them, I am energized. That’s why I’m drawn to kite surfing in stormy weather, ski slopes in any kind of weather, and love the thrill of motor sports.
