No Dig Alliance has secured several significant framework agreements, amounting to a total of SEK 950 million over the next seven years. These contracts will have a substantial positive impact on the group’s order intake and represent a major boost for the companies Pollex AS, Pollex AB, and Riggtech, which have been awarded the new assignments.
Breakthrough in Norway – key contract with Bergen Municipality
Pollex AS has secured a strategically important framework agreement with Bergen Municipality worth SEK 500 million over seven years. This contract marks a decisive breakthrough for Pollex AS and is expected to generate at least SEK 60 million in annual revenue. Compared to the company’s current total turnover of SEK 60 million, this essentially means a doubling of its revenue.
– We are proud to have been chosen as a partner for Bergen Municipality in this important effort. The municipality has taken significant steps to prioritize improved efficiency and sustainability, which allowed us to position ourselves as the clear first choice, says Haakon Skretteberg, Managing Director of Pollex AS.
Bergen Municipality manages an extensive water and wastewater network consisting of approximately 900 km of water pipelines and 1,200 km of sewage pipelines. With a strong focus on renewing its water and wastewater infrastructure, the goal is to upgrade 0.7–1 percent of the pipeline network annually. This framework agreement ensures efficient and sustainable maintenance of the sewage network through innovative No Dig methods.
Strong framework agreements with Telge Nät and several Swedish municipalities
Pollex AB and Riggtech have secured all three framework agreements for trenchless solutions with Telge Nät, Salem Municipality, Gnesta Municipality, and Nykvarn Municipality. These municipalities conducted a joint procurement process, and the agreements span four years with a total value of SEK 450 million. The distribution of the contracts is as follows:
- Pollex AB: Renovation of gravity and pressurized pipelines within the water and wastewater sector, SEK 360 million.
- Riggtech: Directional drilling of water and wastewater pipelines, SEK 90 million.
For Pollex AB, this is an extension of previous framework agreements, while for Riggtech, it represents entirely new assignments.
– For NDA, this means a full sweep in the procurement process, winning all three possible contracts. It also enables greater and more efficient coordination between our techniques and the potential for larger commitments by combining
