No Dig Alliance has acquired Horisonterra AB, a Swedish specialist in trenchless utility installation using horizontal directional drilling (HDD). The acquisition marks another step in No Dig Alliance’s strategic expansion in Sweden, further strengthening the Group’s ability to deliver modern, low-impact infrastructure solutions for critical utility networks. Horisonterra will become part of No Dig Alliance’s Riggtech business.

Horisonterra AB specializes in trenchless utility installation, with a particular focus on horizontal directional drilling and other advanced drilling techniques for challenging ground conditions. The company combines extensive technical expertise with a specialized fleet of machinery and a proven ability to deliver projects where conventional excavation is difficult, costly, or impractical – including installations beneath roads, railways and waterways, as well as in densely populated urban environments.
Operating across Sweden, Horisonterra serves customers in water and wastewater, power, gas, district heating and cooling, and fiber infrastructure.
